Born in Costa Rica and based in Toulousesince 2019, I'm currently an IT Production Technician at KOESIO OCCITANIE. Passionate about infrastructure, cybersecurity and technical optimization, I've contributed to the design, rebuild and hardening of complete production environments for a wide range of SMBs.

• Cabling, reorganization and full documentation of network racks
• VPN connectivity (IPSec & SSL) and VLAN segmentation
• Preventive maintenance and infrastructure audits with detailed reports

I'm also comfortable with Linux and Windows Server environments, PowerShell scripting, Docker, and iSCSI NAS / LUN management.

My experience has given me strong analytical skills, a rigorous approach to production support, and smooth communication with clients. I'm also at ease in specialized environments, notably French notarial networks (GENAPI, Proxy Notarial, VISIO Notarial).

I'm now pursuing a VAEto earn my Network Engineer certification, and I keep sharpening my skills in cybersecurity and systems engineering. Curious and passionate, I take real pride in a job well done, whether that's making a server rack spotless or emergency- restoring an infrastructure for a client in production.
